I believe that no matter what you have been through, or are currently facing, you have the capacity to heal and thrive. After working for years, with a high level of success, with some of the most traumatized, addicted, and overlooked individuals in society, I have a broad knowledge and ability to help or assist many who are stuck or feel they cannot be helped.

10+ yrs of experience trained in a variety of therapeutic methods: Somatic, Enneagram, Motivational Interviewing,Family Dynamics, PACT (Psycho biological Approach to Couples Therapy) & Solution Focused modalities. My main modality is Somatic Experiencing®, a body-awareness approach to trauma that entailed an additional 3 years of training and certification.

I pride myself on bringing a warm, friendly, humorous, and non-judgmental attitude to my practice. Payment: I do not accept insurance.
