Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile. Taking steps to care for your emotional well-being is so important, especially during these trying times. If you are in need of support, I invite you to continue reading, and determine if you feel I may be able to help.

My role as a therapist consists of providing support for my clients when they are struggling to find it elsewhere. Most of my work has been with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and trauma. I have experience providing services for clients of all age ranges, but feel my services are most appropriate for older teenagers and adults. I have also been fortunate to have worked with two wonderful non-profit agencies offering services to survivors of domestic violence, and have extensive experience providing therapy geared towards domestic violence and trauma survivors.

I provide my services in both English and Spanish, because being able to communicate in your language during therapy is important for clear communication, making progress and developing a positive therapeutic relationship. I value the importance of being a culturally aware and sensitive provider, and realize this is a lifelong learning experience, for all of us.

Finally, I would like to emphasize that in my practice, all are welcomed and valued. If you would like to learn more about my services, feel free to reach out and visit my website. I offer free, 20 minute consultations, to help determine if my services are a good fit for potential clients.
