Hello! I love helping clients along their journey of mental health and finding their inner voice to lead happy, successful lives. I have experience working with young adults in the academic environment who are struggling with a variety of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, academic stress and many more. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thought and emotions, gain insight, and develop skills to lead fulfilling lives.
