Life can present many challenges that sometimes feel overwhelming. My strength as a therapist is to come along side and offer a safe, compassionate and supportive environment to work through these challenging parts of life. I believe in building an organic relationship through the therapeutic process. My passion has been to help people find healing through understanding the root issues.

My professional career has been focused on working with children, teens and adults who have experienced trauma. I am trained in EMDR therapy as well as many proven methods to help address causes of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I have extensive experience helping people work through attachment, adoption, relationship issues, self-esteem, family conflict.

I would be honored to support you through this time of your life. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your full potential.
