I am a LMSW, Licensed Master Social Worker, who graduated from the MSU School of Social Work.
I see clients in person as well as virtually. I provide therapy to individuals as well as partners. I work with students going through transitions such as getting acclimated to college life, changes in classes, conflict with professors, as well as problems with roommates, navigating graduation, and life after college.
I also provide support with depression, anxiety, and PTSD primarily using CBT....cognitive behavioral therapy along with coping skills, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
Please text, call, or email me to get started. Looking forward to hearing from you!
