You’ve learned to try and hold it together, to keep going no matter what. But inside, there’s tension you can’t shake: worry, numbness, or a sense that something from your past still lingers. Maybe you overthink everything, shut down when things get hard, or feel like you're always bracing for impact. Even if you cannot name it, you know something isn’t right. You're tired of feeling stuck, but unsure where to start. It's okay to want something different, more ease, more clarity, more room to just be without holding your breath all the time.
We'll work together in a way that fits you. That might mean looking at patterns from the past, gently processing what feels stuck, or getting to know the different parts of you that show up in everyday life. I use approaches like EMDR and parts work, and we'll go at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, you’re not alone. It makes sense if things feel heavy or confusing right now. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd welcome the chance to talk and see if this feels like the right space for you.
