My practice is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop the tools necessary for healing. I specialize in trauma-informed care, helping individuals understand and manage the impact of trauma on their lives, relationships, and overall well-being.

With a deep commitment to fostering emotional and psychological growth, I draw on evidence-based therapies and a client-centered approach to empower clients in reclaiming their stories. My goal is to guide individuals in transforming pain into strength, creating paths forward that are rooted in safety, trust, and self-empowerment. I believe that healing is not just about addressing the past—it’s about empowering clients to thrive in the present and build a future they truly deserve. I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive care that considers the intersectionality of race, gender, and socio-economic factors in each person’s experience of trauma.

If you or a loved one are navigating difficult times, I would be honored to get to know you and explore how I can support your healing journey. Please feel free to reach out with any questions about my approach or how I can help meet your needs.
