Suzanne M Miller LCSW, LLC
I help adults manage anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, and PTSD so you can understand your experience, build coping skills, and feel more grounded and hopeful.
My background includes crisis work, hospice, and telehealth, where I learned how vital it is for people to have a safe, consistent place to be heard.
I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about your thoughts and emotions. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, and mindfulness, we’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, and make realistic, meaningful changes.
My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed and more equipped to handle life’s challenges. Together, we’ll set clear, realistic goals and break them into manageable steps. Over time, you can expect stronger coping skills, more emotional balance, and a greater sense of confidence and control in your daily life.
When you’re ready, I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way. I look forward to meeting you!
