Perhaps you're feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, or unsure how to navigate certain relationships. I'm here to help. I'm a therapist who specializes in working with kids and college students. I've worked in residence life and with students in individual therapy. I believe that therapy is a safe place where all of you can be accepted, where you get to determine the pace and content of what you'd like to work on together so that you can feel less burdened and more free to enjoy your life.
