Suzanne Grey, LSW, adapts to the needs of her clients through open conversations about therapy goals and collaboration on an ideal treatment plan. Her mission is to help build a sense of empowerment and resilience within her clients and give them tools to help "?ride out the wave' of intense emotional instability as it occurs. Suzanne's experience being on the opposite end of the therapeutic relationship helps her know how daunting and challenging it can be to confront trauma and pain. She inspires clients to interpret challenges as opportunities for personal growth and to make meaning from their life experiences.

Suzanne earned a BSW from University of Central Florida and an MSW from University of Illinois-Chicago. She works with adolescents and adults struggling with agoraphobia, panic disorder, trauma, borderline personality disorder, grief, and more.

Also, as a family therapist, Suzanne serves as a supportive and unbiased party who can help provide understanding for everyone involved. In therapy, Suzanne uses a client-centered approach and uses tools such as DBT, mindfulness, emotional regulation, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and more to serve clients.
