Sometimes the stress associated with being in school, learning who you are, developing relationships, and generally navigating college life can lead to feelings and experiences that are very difficult to navigate alone. Even the adjustment to college can be very challenging, and sometimes old patterns that you thought you left behind can start revealing themselves again. Perhaps new patterns are concerning you.

It's okay to reach out for help. Feeling better is truly possible, even when it feels like it might not be, or that you don't really need help. You don’t have to live in pain, pretend that it’s all okay, or manage alone. Together we can find a way to more ease, love, understanding, and acceptance.

The journey to self-love, healing and wholeness is full of discovery, and requires a trusting, therapeutic relationship. Finding a skilled therapist, who is a good fit for you is essential. If you think I might be a good fit for you, let's connect.
