Susan Furrer
Cutting edge psychological and neuroscientific research is showing us that mind and body are closely linked. While my role as a therapist is to provide informed guidance and work with you to address the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are causing distress and interfering with your ability to manifest all of your potential, my approach is highly collaborative, holistic, somatically-focused and trauma informed.
I believe that every person holds the seeds to their own healing, and deserves a safe and supportive space to facilitate personal transformation.
Every person is unique and so will need an approach suited to their needs and their deeper self. Through the use of different therapeutic approaches to supplement traditional psychotherapy, I will work with you to understand those places where you may be stuck. Together we can discover new and more satisfying ways of being.
