Practice located in Parsippany. I have evening and weekend hours. I am an LCSW with 15 years experience in the field. I was a mature student and did not begin my academic career until I migrated to the U.S. I am aware of both pros and cons of being a mature student. I have experience in many areas such as domestic violence, adoption, parenting, adapting to new environment, post partum, trauma and other areas. I have worked with clients of all ages from as young as 3 to 90. I am a first generation migrant to U.S and so am very familiar with difficulty in adapting to new environment and migrating to an area where I do not have extended family and long time friends.. I also am a believer in continuing education and am always interested in learning new styles of intervention. I use Family Systems, Strengths based, CBT. I am currently studying modern psychoanalysis.
