Susan Agyeman LPC

Susan Agyeman is a licensed substance abuse treatment provider and a licensed professional counselor with 15 years of experience in providing individual and group therapy for adults and adolescents. Susan earned two Masters degrees in Forensic Psychology and in Community Counseling from Marymount University. Her post masters experience includes various settings including private practice, community based outpatient, and residential. Susan currently committed to helping clients build a strong foundation for lasting recovery and improve their own quality of life. Her work with substance use disorders includes addressing co-occurring mental health disorders and underlying trauma. She utilizes a client-centered approach, incorporating evidenced based practices such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
