We care deeply about the wellbeing of our clients. Each clinician is trained in both psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches, so we use an integrative approach specially tailored to each client.
It is important to understand the past to change the present, but our focus always starts on immediate symptom relief. Our work is based on unconditional positive regard with a focus on empowering clients to live more fulfilling lives. We believe that we each have the capacity to heal and, as your therapist, we are here to support you on your journey.
