We believe that you are the master of your own life, and we believe that therapy is a joint process that we can navigate together.
We cannot "fix" you or tell you what you "should" do. The journey is yours.
We can be a support, and provide a safe space.
We can guide you in learning and using tools which will allow you to better manage your symptoms and create and maintain healthy boundaries with yourself and others.
The tools you learn and develop while you are going through your therapeutic journey are meant to also allow you to improve your ability to self-soothe, create and maintain healthier boundaries in your relationships, make decisions more effectively, and to better support, assert, and advocate for yourself once therapy ends.
You are capable.
Our mission is to provide more accessible services to underserved clients, particularly in the LGBTQIA+ community, folx with neurodivergence, racial and ethnic minorities, and for other underserved populations who lack access to in-person services, or lack access to counselors competent in these areas due to living in areas that are smaller, more rural, or more conservative.
