Sunflower Therapy Services currently offers mental health therapy services to teenagers and adults via a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform. I work with a variety of concerns including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, self-harm/suicidal ideation, trauma, adoption and foster care, and relationships. I utilize different interventions or techniques from different schools of thought to provide the best possible quality care for clientele. I utilize music, worksheets, active listening, and art if it suits the treatment for the client. I offer self-pay alongside select insurances (Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Aetna, and Optum) through Headway.
