Accepting clients Last Updated 22 days ago

I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with adults facing a broad range of challenges. While I have worked primarily with individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, I also work with individuals facing a variety of phase of life issues, including job/school and relationship transitions. I also have extensive experience helping survivors of trauma. I have great availability at this time and can currently schedule clients within 24 hours of contacting me.

My approach to helping an individual on his or her recovery path is primarily cognitive-behavioral. That means I focus on helping a person identify and challenge beliefs/thoughts that get in the way of their ability to fully life the life they want and that lead to problematic behaviors and actions.

I am happy to offer a free, brief telephone consultation to new clients to determine if my practice is the best fit and to discuss other details such as payment, scheduling, and typical treatment course. In addition to providing services anywhere in Florida, I now offer virtual services to 41 additional states throughout the US.
