Whether you have experienced large or small traumas, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, or are trying to understand and manage your emotional responses, I'm here to support your journey. There is no "right size" challenge to seek therapy and I'm here to support you regardless of how big or small you view your challenges. I am also trained in assessing for autism and ADHD, helping to not just diagnosis, but help you address life challenges you may face related to your neurodivergent superpowers.
