I have been a National Board Certified Counselor(NCC) since 2000, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor(LMHC in FL) since 2002, and a Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC in GA) since 2021. I help people who are dealing with depressive symptoms; anxiety; mood swings; life stressors/stress management; anger management; frustration tolerance; coping, & social skills; adjustment issues; relationship issues; grief/loss issues; mindfulness; and life enhancement; amongst others. I attempt to facilitate positive change by assisting people in identifying the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are keeping them stuck(and/or preventing them from moving forward) in order to overcome struggles/obstacles and work towards reaching their full potential.
