Hello, I'm Steve. As a professional therapist, my goal is to guide you toward positive life changes, healing, and a healthier mind. Together, we will work to better understand life's challenges and day-to-day stressors that detract from your life goals. We will begin identifying and practicing thoughts and behaviors that make you stronger.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University. I specialize in a variety of areas including family relationships, depression, anxiety, anger management, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, grief/bereavement, life transitions, OCD, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, and stress. Additionally, I offer therapy through SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions.

In our work together, I use a range of therapeutic approaches such as family systems, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical therapy. I believe that everyone has the potential for personal growth, and it is an honor to support you on that journey. Whether you're dealing with complex family dynamics, managing anxiety or depression, or navigating significant life changes, I'm here to help you find clarity and strength.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy marriage and relationship counseling, and I am also a Certified Leadership and Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples build stronger, healthier relationships and achieve their personal goals.

If you're ready to take the first step toward a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's work together to create the positive changes you seek.
