I'm grateful for your courage to seek help. I care deeply about helping people address their concerns while offering respect, safety and compassion. I view therapy as an opportunity to use your strengths and resources in order to increase your overall health and life satisfaction. We will collaborate to alleviate distressing experiences in the present and gain insight into where these difficulties originated. Throughout, I will meet you with integrity and culturally-responsive care.
My areas of expertise include trauma, relationship concerns, men's issues, and grief/loss. I also draw on my generalist training in order to work with individuals experiencing mood-related concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress, as well as to help with identity development.
I am honored to do this work and witness courageous individuals strive toward change and growth. Please contact me for a brief phone conversation or send an email if you feel like we may be a good fit for working together. For more information, visit drstevefogleman.com.
