Psychiatric Medication Management & Therapy | CT & MA | Telehealth & In-Person

I’m a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents, college students, and graduate students. I provide compassionate, integrated mental health care that considers your emotional health, physical wellbeing, cultural background, and lived experience.

Students often see me for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, thought disorders, ADHD, mood instability, stress, identity concerns, trauma-related symptoms, and sleep problems. I also specialize in perinatal and reproductive mental health.

I am especially attuned to the experiences of international students and students from Black and Brown communities, including those navigating culture change, immigration/visa stress, first-generation pressures, stigma, discrimination, and belonging. My approach is warm, culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, CBT-informed strategies, stress + sleep support, and psychoeducation. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, respected, and supported.

Who I work with: Adolescents • College Students • Graduate Students • International Students • BIPOC Students • First-Gen Students • Student Parents
