Steps Wellness is the go-to mental wellness platform for undergraduate and graduate students. At Steps, you can connect with a therapist or coach for an in-person or virtual appointment, explore top-notch tools and resources to educate your mind (books, podcasts, articles, videos), and share experiences about adversities you have faced as a student. Steps will provide you short wait times, a therapist or coach that you can rely on, great resources, and access to an online community of students who have faced similar experiences.
Our therapists have a passion for helping college students improve their mental health and thrive throughout their time at school and beyond. We work exclusively with college students utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT, as well as provide life coaching.
