As a psychologist, I strive to help my patients achieve greater agency, self-awareness, and purpose within their lives. I believe believe that improved psychological well-being has the potential to not only address areas of distress, such as depression, anxiety, anger, stress, self-esteem issues, and trauma (including PTSD), but to open up new opportunities within relationships and professional pursuits. To do so, I integrate expertise in psychotherapy with respect for each individual’s life experience and perspective. Through exploration, insight, and collaboration, we will work together to address concerns as well as to develop and achieve goals.
