A belief I carry into my work is "We are not robots! We are imperfect, complicated human beings." For you, this may look like fears of failure, struggling to get through daily tasks, lacking joy, feeling hopeless, or comparing yourself to others. Maybe you have tried SO HARD to create the life you want, but feel stuck or at your wits' end. Maybe you find yourself expecting too much, or not even knowing what you want! There is no simple switch to flip (because you aren't made of metal), but I am here to help you catch a break with your ADHD, anxiety, depression (or life) and create clarity, calm, and acceptance.
With that said, I am not a robot therapist either! A genuine, empathetic, person-centered approach is integral to therapy, and for me that means combining the evidence-based skills (such as CBT) with a fun, comfortable, non-judgmental space. I work from a trauma-informed and ecological perspective to help you understand your humanness and cope better.
