Welcome! Starting therapy can be overwhelming. Reaching out for help shows significant strength, and taking this step toward healing is a powerful act of courage. I look forward to supporting you along the way. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, safe, and validated as we work together to foster healing and growth.

I aim to create an affirming and caring space for clients to engage in therapy. I use a holistic, person-centered approach tailored to your unique strengths, needs, and background. Blending elements of psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapies, mindfulness, and relational approaches, I work with clients to identify and transform unhealthy thinking patterns, learn effective coping skills, create healthy boundaries and habits, increase self-awareness and self-compassion, and foster lasting change.

With experience across diverse age groups, I've supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, learning difficulties, substance use, eating disorders, identity development, and relationship concerns. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, and I am a certified domestic violence and sexual assault counselor.

I am a fifth year Clinical Psychology doctoral student at William James College concentrating in LGBTQIA+ studies. My doctoral research focused on understanding the impact of gender-affirming hormone therapy on eating disorders in transgender and gender nonconforming individuals.

Prior to my doctoral training, I earned my master’s degree from William James College and completed my bachelor’s degree at Tufts University, where I double majored in psychology and sociology. My concentrations in Social Inequality and Social Change, alongside Media, Culture, and Society, inform my approach to understanding diverse perspectives.

I am currently accepting telehealth clients at North Shore Children's Neuropsychology (NSCN) and am being supervised by the founder and owner of NSCN. Please contact NSCN at (978) 574-7895 for additional information about services and availability.
