College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or feeling stuck or unsure about the future. When life gets heavy, it’s hard to feel like yourself or know what to do next.

With over 15 years of experience, I offer a supportive space to talk things through and feel truly heard. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on, break unhelpful patterns, and build tools to help you feel better and move forward.

I use proven approaches like CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I’ll tailor our work to what matters most to you—your goals, values, and what’s getting in the way.

Whether you’re new to therapy or coming back, I’d be honored to support you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. If you're ready to talk, reach out.
