Accepting clients Last Updated 29 days ago

I support clients who are going through life transitions or experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship or work stress, and self-esteem/identity issues. I use a range of treatment modalities depending on my clients' needs. In addition to evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT, I also utilize holistic approaches including mindfulness, meditation, and positive affirmations. As a Latina and first-generation college graduate, I bring my experiences and identity to better support my clients and offer a safe and supportive space. If you are ready to beginning this journey together, feel free to email me to schedule a phone consultation.
