Hi, I'm Stephanie. Let's face it, sometimes life can be challenging, which can hinder personal growth, happiness, relationships, quality of life, and professional success, among other things. You may feel like you are spinning your wheels but not going anywhere. You might feel exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or irritated. Making changes takes work, but YOU can master the skills to cope with these feelings and regain control of your life! You want to create meaningful changes but aren’t sure where to start.

There is no magical solution, and change takes work; however, YOU have the ability to make it happen. I believe in empowering and supporting clients to help them get from where they are now to where they want to be. We will work together to eliminate barriers to change, challenge maladaptive thinking, and learn new skills to help you find happiness.

I have experience working with older adults, adults, teens (17+), veterans, active-duty military and their families, college students, EMS personnel, and caregivers. I specialize in the treatment of mental health and life transition issues, trauma, marital issues, interpersonal issues, deployment, military separation, reunification, divorce, and work and school issues.

As a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C), I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our sessions. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, and I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will navigate the challenges you face and work towards achieving your goals.

If you're ready to take the first step towards a more fulfilling life, I invite you to reach out. Let's work together to create the meaningful changes you desire.
