Talking helps. Trying to navigate life’s stressors can feel so isolating. Seeking support isn’t always easy, but the first step to making a positive change is talking to someone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field since 2010, using a person-centered, strengths-based approach to help teens and adults manage mental health challenges. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions.

My approach prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to focus on achieving your goals.

Whether you are seeking support in managing stress, trying to identify a path forward during a difficult time, or needing to develop specific skills to improve coping, I look forward to talking with you!
