It is incredibly important to have a space where you can just be you. My hope is to provide a comfortable place to talk and process life events, to celebrate successes and to navigate through challenges. There are so many different areas of life that are important, and balancing them all, while finding time to process it all can be challenging.
I am an active therapist, who will support and help find ways to grow and learn, and navigate these times. I worked for years in counseling centers, and understand the changing dynamics for students regarding life and balance.
