Hi! My name is Stephanie Mastorio and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting individuals on their journey towards healing and personal growth. I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from Monmouth University and have 10 years experience working with diverse populations in healthcare, individual and group settings.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to meet your unique needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, coping skills, grief and loss, stress management, and parenting support, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, motivational interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Whether you're navigating life transitions, seeking coping strategies, or looking to deepen self-awareness, I am here to support you every step of the way!

I look forward to the opportunity to work together and help you achieve your goals.
