Practicing self-compassion and prioritizing self-care can be tough, but together, we can work towards improving your mental health. I offer therapy for teens, adults, and couples in an LGBTQS2+ inclusive practice. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!
I have been working in the substance use and mental health field as a therapist for 15 years. I have years of experience with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, bipolar and low self-esteem symptoms. I am Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 Trained.
