Hello and welcome to my profile. I'm glad you found me! My approach is warm and grounded, and I do my best to make therapy as accessible as possible. Being a busy college student can be tough, so I give you a lot of credit for seeking therapy. I work with anxiety, depression, social media and device use withdrawal, substance misuse and a host of other issues college kids sometimes struggle with.
