Life can be painful. Life can be beautiful. Life can be a million in-between things. I like to meet clients where they are at to collaborate on ways to effectively manage and handle all that life brings. Whether it's a life transition, difficulty in relationships, or improving self-esteem, I bring a person-centered approach to therapy to create a safe space for clients to process and find realistic solutions to what keeps them stuck. I believe therapy creates one of the most unique spaces to be vulnerable and ask yourself tough questions. I like to bring warmth, understanding, and a sense of humor to this truly essential work. With experiences in anxiety, depression, substance use, eating disorders, and trauma, I try to build a positive rapport and comfort that allow clients to work through uncomfortable and deeper issues.
