Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to do, but still feel overwhelmed, lost, or unsure of where you fit? Maybe you’re trying to balance classes, work, relationships, family expectations, and your own goals while quietly wondering, “Am I the only one struggling with this?”

I work with young adults, including first generation students of diverse backgrounds, who are navigating big transitions and trying to figure out who they are while building the life they want. This may look like feeling stuck, dealing with academic or career stress, struggling with anxiety or burnout, feeling pressure to succeed, or trying to find your place in a new environment.

As a bilingual therapist and someone who is first-generation, I understand the challenges of finding yourself while balancing family expectations, culture, and your own goals. Therapy can be a space to explore your identity, build confidence, and create a life that feels authentic to you.

Whether you are struggling with stress, perfectionism, relationships, grief, major life changes, or simply feeling like you’re not where you want to be, I provide a supportive space where you can feel understood and develop tools to move forward.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. Sometimes reaching out is the first step toward understanding yourself better and creating meaningful change.
