As an emerging adult, planning for the future and creating a sense of purpose in life is exciting! At the same time, worries like "I am not good enough compared to my peers" can get stuck in our head and lead to anxiety and depression. Together in therapy we can identify the obstacles that keep you disconnected from your goals. You will learn to manage difficult thoughts and feelings, gain self-confidence and establish mutually satisfying healthy relationships. You deserve genuine fulfillment in your life!

I focus on providing a compassionate and affirming space (with some humor) for you to explore your mental health and gain trust in your mind and body. As a creative arts therapist, I am trained in traditional talk therapy and evidence based art therapy. It is your choice each session to decide which we use to explore your goals.

Remember that it is a great strength to ask for support when you need it. "Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen." - Brene Brown. If you are curious how therapy could help you, let's chat about what changes you are looking for.
