This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors

Bring your pain, bring your anger, bring your crazy and your weird—it’s all welcome here. I work with individual adults and couples to discover new ways of relating to the self and one another. By recognizing the ways in which stress and trauma can shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we have the opportunity to release unwanted patterns and beliefs.

I lead with respect, compassion and curiosity to help you identify strengths and build resources. I often challenge those I am working with to navigate feelings of discomfort in order to release trauma, disrupt toxic patterns and increase quality of life. I use relational techniques and Somatic Experiencing to help folks grow their sense of emotional balance and authenticity in life and relationships.

It takes courage to embark on a healing journey, and it is an act of resistance to reclaim our peace and joy in a chaotic world. I believe in finding a pace, rhythm, and style that works for both of us in order to forge a relationship built on safety and trust. I hope to walk alongside you as you cultivate the life you want to live.
