When life becomes difficult, having someone to walk alongside you on your journey to healing can be extremely helpful. I believe that providing a safe, supportive atmosphere and building a trusting therapeutic relationship are important components in aiding the healing process while life’s difficulties are explored.
My therapy approach is to offer you autonomy while we work together toward accomplishing goals and promoting change. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including offering client’s empathy and encouragement, helping to increase self-awareness, and exploring thinking patterns that may no longer be helpful. I enjoy working with individuals that are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment/life transitions, grief, and more.
