Stefanie earned her Masters of Social Work degree from Simmons College. She has experience working with adolescents and adults, having worked in both community based and university settings. Stefanie has worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and sexual identity. She brings a sense of openness and flexibility when treating clients and uses a variety of treatment modalities in her practice, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and solution-based therapies. Stefanie understands the importance of the therapeutic relationship and values clients’ strengths while honoring their vulnerabilities. Clients appreciate Stefanie’s humor and supportive presence.
