Stefanie Dross
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of yourself as you navigate school, relationships, or big life decisions? Many young adults find themselves juggling high expectations, constant pressure, and uncertainty about the future - often while quietly feeling stuck, disconnected, or exhausted.
I work with college students and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression stress, and life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, better understand yourself, and develop practical tools to manage emotions and challenges. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices, allowing us to gently explore how past experiences may be impacting you in the present.
Therapy with me is collaborative and paced to your comfort. Together, we'll focus on building self-compassion, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of clarity and confidence as you move forward. If you're considering taking the next step, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
