Looking for a therapist who is personable, authentic, and collaborative? You're in the right place! My own experiences with physical disability (I'm a person who stutters), pervasive anxiety, and shifting spirituality sent me on a journey which, every day, teaches me the healing power of being curious toward that which we feel compelled to fight, flee, hide from, suppress, or ignore. It is one of my greatest joys in life to be able to walk alongside fellow Mainers on their own curious journeys toward growth, healing, rest, and self-discovery.

If you couldn't already tell, my approach is rooted in curiosity! I help you explore where and who you have been, you are, and you want to be. I treat therapy as a highly collaborative process led by you, and I strive to be a present, gentle, curious, kind, and appropriately humorous guide and supporter.

Whether you're experiencing the storms of life or just hoping to grow, I'm excited to be there alongside you. I work with adults as well as adolescents aged 10+. I have extensive experience in leadership, spirituality, and supporting youth in their navigation of life.
