My name is Stasia Manak and I have 8+ years of experience working with clients who have encountered the difficulties of life and are navigating issues of trauma, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, grief, and a general lack of direction in their lives. I work with clients to establish a partnership throughout the course of therapy, to help focus on what we can do together to help you feel comfortable and confident in your own life.
During sessions we will take a holistic approach to address the psychological, emotional, & spiritual aspects of life, highlighting the importance of self-love & self care. Through utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on how thoughts, feelings, & actions work together either for or against us, we will explore what has been impacting you.
