Is the transition to college more difficult than you thought? Are you having a tough time getting organized? Trouble making friends? Is self-esteem at an all time low? You're not alone. I've worked with a lot of students who feel this way in my practice and I can help you turn your college experience around!

My name's Patrick and I work with college students who are having a tough time with their transition and who may be struggling with anxiety and depression. I help people set goals, feel better about themselves, overcome social anxiety, and help figure out their direction in life.

I offer all potential clients a free and brief consultation call to help decide if I would be the right fit for what you're looking for. When you're ready to have a free, non-judgmental and safe call I encourage you to reach out. Worse comes to worse and we decide I'm not the right fit - that's okay! I don't mind helping you find a therapist that may be a better fit.
