My name is Stacy Udolph, LCSW and I specialize in helping people manage stress, build healthier relationships, address grief and, most importantly, tackle the fears that often interfere with our success and happiness. My more recent experience is in college counseling and psychological services where I assist young adults as they transition into college and help prepare them for life as professionals. I graduated with my masters degree from the University of Southern California where I was trained in all aspects of mental health with an emphasis on recognizing patterns of thought that attribute to changes in mood and behavior. I have further received specialized training in CBT, grief counseling and mindfulness for anxiety and depression. In my combined 26 years as a therapist and an educator, I recognize the importance of creating a safe space to explore some difficult emotions. I think you will find my calm nature and focus on present concerns to be welcoming. I especially enjoy seeing my clients benefit from therapy and living their best lives.
I value the importance of creating a non-judgmental and safe space for you to engage in self-discovery and growth. I think you will find my calm nature and focus on your unique concerns to be welcoming. I want to provide you with concrete tools and techniques that make sense, because I know your time is valuable. I look forward to working with you.
