Sometimes it feels like the world is crashing down around you, or it may feel like life has been chaotic for so long you can't imagine it any other way. Sometimes you might not be able to stop thinking about it, other times you'll do anything to avoid thinking about it. It's been a heavy burden to carry, even if others are trying to help. Many circumstances make us feel disconnected from ourselves and others; It might be a major life change, a loss, chronic anxiety, a traumatic event or abusive relationship. Whatever the reason you are seeking treatment, I am here to be your teammate in the healing process.

I am open to working with anyone experiencing stress, grief or trauma. If you are looking for someone with niche experience relevant to your situation, I have specialized experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and community violence, suicide and homicide bereavement, individuals with adoption and foster care histories, individuals impacted by a loved ones' substance use, intergenerational trauma, and burnout/compassion fatigue. Whatever the circumstance, I am here to be your teammate in the healing process.

I incorporate cultural humility into my practice, including providing LGBTQ and neurodivergent affirming care. In my practice, I value transparency in the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a space where clients can show up as their authentic selves. My approach is holistic, strengths-based and person-centered. I use a combination of attachment-based, narrative and cognitive behavioral approaches to tailor services to the person sitting in front of me.

Finding the right therapist is often a frustrating process. If you are looking for an active partner in your healing journey, who values transparency and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, then I might be a good fit! Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to discuss goodness of fit and get answers to any questions you have!
