Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
I use a strengths-based approach to help you rediscover your own assets and abilities. Finding these will help you overcome obstacles that may be standing in your way to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life. I will work with you at your own pace and comfort level to help create a safe, nurturing, and trusting environment while working towards your healing.
I use a variety of techniques and modalities and tailor them to your unique needs. Examples may include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques to help you identify any negative thought patterns standing in the way of your own happiness, meditation/relaxation techniques, as well as more creative approaches such as art, writing, and health/wellness.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience treating adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Areas of special interest include anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, life transitions, personal growth, parenting issues and relationships. I believe that you can move forward, you can heal, and I hope to be a part of your journey to get there.
