Hi, I'm Stacy, I look forward to meeting you. I currently work with high achieving young adults who are experiencing anxiety, isolation, perfectionism, relationship issues, and using ineffective coping mechanisms. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to excel academically, grappling with feeing "not good enough", or struggling with worrying about the future, know that you're not alone. You have worked hard to get where you are, though it is becoming harder to focus or stay motivated. I can help you figure out what is getting in the way of getting things done while also having fun and feeling confident.
