Hello, I'm Stacie Goodson-Jones. As a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 25 years of experience in mental health, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their unique journeys. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I believe in the power of psychosocial rehabilitation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to create meaningful and lasting change.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with military veterans for 17 years, focusing on their unique needs and challenges. This experience has deepened my understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of tailored therapeutic approaches. Additionally, I have extensive experience counseling children and adolescents, helping them overcome various mental and behavioral health issues.

My specialties include adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military/veteran support, psychosis/schizophrenia, PTSD, spirituality, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth sessions to provide flexible and accessible care.

As a mother of two, I understand the importance of balancing personal and professional life. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, interior decorating, music, and spending quality time with my family and friends. These activities help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance to my life, which I strive to share with my clients.
